These terms explain the agreement between you and Arrival Holidays when you book and travel with us. Please read them before booking.
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Arrival Holidays ("we", "us", "our") through arrivalholidays.com, by phone, or in person. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms on behalf of everyone in your travelling party.
A booking is confirmed only once we issue you a written confirmation and booking reference, and the required deposit or full payment has been received.
You are responsible for checking that all details on your confirmation — names, dates, destinations, and services — are correct, and for telling us immediately about any errors.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on season, availability, group size, and special requests.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before departure as stated on your confirmation. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment terms are met. Online payments are handled securely through our payment gateway.
If you wish to change your booking (dates, destination, number of travellers, or services), we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability and any additional costs charged by our suppliers.
Change requests must be made in writing. Some services may be non-changeable once booked.
Occasionally we may need to change your itinerary due to weather, supplier availability, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. Where a significant change is necessary, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a fair adjustment.
We are not liable for minor changes or for events outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before booking.
You are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required documents, arriving on time for pickups and departures, behaving respectfully towards staff, drivers, and other travellers, and for the safety of your personal belongings.
You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements so we can plan appropriately.
We act as a travel organiser, arranging services provided by hotels, transport operators, drivers, and activity partners. We take care in selecting our partners, but we are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any booking will not exceed the total amount you paid for that booking.
Taxi and transfer services are provided by our verified drivers and partner vehicles. Fares, waiting charges, toll, and parking are as quoted or as displayed at the time of booking.
Please treat vehicles and drivers with respect. Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger may be chargeable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
