How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
WhatsApp messages are answered in under 15 minutes during business hours. Emails are replied to within 4 hours. After hours, WhatsApp is monitored until 10 PM daily.

Do you arrange custom itineraries?
Absolutely — custom holidays are our specialty. Tell us your destination, dates, budget, and travel style, and we'll craft a personalised itinerary from scratch, free of charge.

What payment options are available?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. EMI options are available on select credit cards (0% EMI on 3–6 month plans). Deposit booking is also available.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 45+ days before travel for a full refund. 30–45 days: 75% refund. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund. We recommend adding travel insurance at the time of booking.

Do you handle group and corporate travel?
Yes — groups of 10 or more get dedicated pricing, a personal relationship manager, and premium group logistics support. Email groups@arrivalholidays.com for a quote.
